Hello Everyone,

We have been in the process of moving and relocated to Fontana, CA 92335. We are currently staying with my mother, and will continue providing rehoming and adoption services for designer breed and rescue puppies. We will just have less puppies at a time.

I know Fontana is a bit far for some of our customers, so for the next month or two we will be offering local delivery free of charge to Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County and Inland Empire areas.

How do we purchase a puppy?

Please see “Available Puppies” on the 3 bars on the top left corner on the mobile view OR at the top right corner of the page on desktop view.

You can purchase a puppy directly from our website by adding the puppy to your cart and paying the puppy in full. Once payment is complete, send us a screenshot of the order confirmation to cali.puppys@gmail.com or (626)438-9202 and begin arranging pick-up.

You can place a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve any available puppy of your choice. When placing a deposit on a puppy that is ready to go home you would have 1 week to pay remaining balance and arrange pick-up/delivery. If the puppy is not yet ready to go home, the remaining balance is due once puppy turns 8 weeks old.

You can come meet the puppy and make the purchase in person at Fontana, CA 92335.

Are puppies vaccinated? Or what do they come with?

All our puppies are current with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, and will come with a health record documenting this history.

All our puppies are examined by licensed veterinarians, and will come with an Examination Form/Health Certificate as well as a Health Warranty Contract that may allow for a full purchase fee refund.

All our puppies come with an American Kennel Club (AKC) microchip that aids in reuniting lost/stolen pets with their rightful owners. During microchip registration you will also have the option to activate AKC's Pet Poison Helpline that provides support when your puppy has been exposed or consumed plants/food and you're unsure if it's worth a vet visit. Additionally, you may activate AKC's Lost Pet Alert service where alerts are sent to local shelters and veterinary offices.

All of our puppies come with a registration application from Continental Kennel Club (CKC).

Can we view puppies in person?

Yes! You can make an appointment to meet the puppy you are interested in person. There is NO DEPOSIT necessary to view a puppy. (Deposits are only required if you are trying to reserve or hold a puppy)

Do you offer shipping? Delivery? Can we pick up?

You are welcome to pick-up any puppy in person in Fontana, California 92335; same day pick-ups are ok! For Dec 2022 - Feb 2023 are offering FREE LOCAL DELIVERY to Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties. We can also ship nationwide for flat fee of $450 to an airport near you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Credit Cards. (Copy of a Goverment ID is required for Credit Card transactions)

Do you accept Deposits?

Yes. You can place a $250 non-refundable deposit on any puppy of your choice.

If the puppy is ready to go home, you would have 1 week to pay remaining balance and arrange pick up.

If puppy is under 8 weeks old, remaining balance is due upon pick-up within the week of puppy turning 8 weeks old.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the circumstances, but can be transferred ONCE to a different or future puppy.

I can no longer find your Instagram?

Unfortunately, our Instagram has gotten disabled on various occasions; this is because Instagram has a no animal sales policy. If they see any indication or suggestion of selling or rehoming animals they can instantly disable the account. Even though we try and not use any words that indicate selling, just posting pictures of puppies and people inquiring in comments can get an account disabled.

As of 05/01/22 our Instagram accounts are @californiaapuppies and @californiapuppiesbackup.

NO ONE IS ANSWERING MY CALLS OR EMAILS?

I am so sorry, this does happen on occasion. I struggle with anxiety that sometimes can become paralyzing, and I become completely avoidant of emails, texts, and calls. If you have already purchased a puppy and are trying to reach me with an urgent matter, please contact me to my personal phone number the one with (909) area code, which I have included on almost all my contracts (bill of sale/health warraty). I tend to check that phone at least once a day and can reach out within 24 hours.

I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, it's not malicious intent; I am currently trying to address this problem and aim to do better.

I have a litter I need help adopting out or would like to surrender?

We do all we can to help whenever possible. You can reach out to me by text to (626) 438-9202 explaining your situation along with a couple photos. We hope to be able to help or at least provide you with more information and resources to find the help you need.
