How do we purchase a puppy?

Please see “Available Puppies” on the 3 bars on the top left corner on the mobile view OR at the top right corner of the page on desktop view.

You can purchase a puppy directly from our website by adding the puppy to your cart and paying the puppy in full. Once payment is complete, send us a screenshot of the order confirmation to cali.puppys@gmail.com or (626)438-9202 and begin arranging pick-up.

You can place a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve any available puppy of your choice. When placing a deposit on a puppy that is ready to go home you would have 1 week to pay remaining balance and arrange pick-up/delivery. If the puppy is not yet ready to go home, the remaining balance is due once puppy turns 8 weeks old.

You can come meet the puppy and make the purchase in person at Fontana, CA 92335.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY is available. And I offer nationwide shipping for $400.

Are puppies vaccinated? Or what do they come with?

All our puppies are current with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, and will come with a health record documenting this history.

All our puppies are examined by licensed veterinarians, and will come with an Examination Form/Health Certificate as well as a signed Health Warranty Contract that may allow for a full purchase fee refund.

All our puppies come with an American Kennel Club (AKC) microchip that aids in reuniting lost/stolen pets with their rightful owners. During microchip registration you will also have the option to activate AKC's Pet Poison Helpline that provides support when your puppy has been exposed or consumed plants/food and you're unsure if it's worth a vet visit. Additionally, you may activate AKC's Lost Pet Alert service where alerts are sent to local shelters and veterinary offices.

All of our puppies come with a registration application from Continental Kennel Club (CKC).

Can we view puppies in person?

Yes! You can make an appointment to meet the puppy you are interested in person. There is NO DEPOSIT necessary to view a puppy. (Deposits are only required if you are trying to reserve or hold a puppy)

Do you offer shipping? Delivery? Can we pick up?

You are welcome to pick-up any puppy in person in Fontana, California 92335; same day pick-ups are ok!

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY to Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties.

I can also ship nationwide in the continental US via cargo for flat fee of $400 to most major airports, for puppies shipped in cabin with a flight nanny fee $600.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Credit Cards. (I will need to take a picture or copy of a Goverment ID for Credit Card transactions, to prevent fraud or in case of charge back)

Do you accept Deposits?

Yes. You can place a $250 non-refundable deposit on any puppy of your choice.

If the puppy is ready to go home, you would have 1 week to pay remaining balance and arrange pick up.

If puppy is under 8 weeks old, remaining balance is due upon pick-up within the week of puppy turning 8 weeks old.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the circumstances, but can be transferred ONCE to a different or future puppy.

What is your refund policy?

We only provide refund of purchase price when a puppy is returned due to a health issue. A signed statement from a licensed vetenarian is required to corroborate health issue.

This does not include accidents or illness occured while in your care. Vet statement must state puppy had said health issue prior to the time of sale.

There are no refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to buyer remorse, conflict with landlord/roommates/household members, unexpected circumstances, allergies. Please consider these factors prior to purchasing.

If you absolutely must return a puppy, you can give puppy back but NO REFUND of purchase price/adoption fee or other costs will be provided.

I can no longer find your Instagram?

Unfortunately, my Instagram has gotten disabled on various occasions; this is because Instagram has a no animal sales policy. If they see any indication or suggestion of selling or rehoming animals they can instantly disable the account. Even though I try and not use any words that indicate selling, just posting pictures of puppies and people inquiring in comments can get an account disabled.

As of 05/01/22 my Instagram accounts are @californiaapuppies and @californiapuppiesbackup. But I am not very active on them.

I have a litter I need help adopting out or would like to surrender?

I do all I can to help whenever possible. You can reach out to me by text to (626)438-9202 explaining your situation along with a couple photos.

Since relocating to Fontana, I can only take in very few rescues at a time. I hope to be able to help or at least provide you with more information and resources to find the help you need.

I am so sorry, this does happen on occasion. I struggle with chronic anxiety that sometimes can become paralyzing, and I become completely avoidant of emails, texts, and calls.
